360 Recruitment Consultant

Location: Billericay, Essex
Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 + Uncapped Commission

A growing recruitment business is looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant with 2+ years’ experience and a passion for business development. If you’re confident building your own desk, winning clients, and delivering end‑to‑end recruitment — this role gives you the freedom (and commission) to thrive.

The Role

• Win new clients through proactive business development
• Build and manage a strong, consistent pipeline
• Run the full 360 recruitment process
• Match candidates to roles quickly and accurately
• Build long‑term relationships with clients and candidates
• Hit KPIs and drive your billings

About You

• 2+ years’ experience as a 360 recruiter with proven billings
• Confident in winning and growing accounts
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple roles at once
• Resilient, proactive and target‑driven
• CRM/job boards experience is beneficial
