Job Description:

Carmichael is seeking an experienced Administrator to join the team on a temporary basis based in Earls Cone, Essex.

The role is initially for 3 months with scope to extend

• Data entry to inhouse Contract Data System
• Assist with preparation of weekly timesheets as required
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Document creation
• Greet visitors and provide general support
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients where required
• Handle requests and queries from senior managers
• Filing important documentation away correctly
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or working in an office environment

• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
