Assembly Operative – Just Temps is currently recruiting for multiple Assembly Operative, working in partnership with our Client based in Sudbury, Suffolk where everyday makes a difference to people’s lives through innovative technology respected.

Earlies: 6am-2pm Mon- Thurs & 6am – 12.30pm Fri

Lates: 2pm -10pm Mon-Thurs and 2pm- 8.45pm on a Friday

Starting pay rate is £13.45 per hour for Earlies and £14.79 per hour for Lates.

Key Duties:

• Assembling parts, products or components to specification
• Testing finished products for functionality and quality
• Performing quality checks and ensuring standards are met
• Using hand tools to complete precise tasks
• Meeting production targets as part of a collaborative team
• Thriving in a busy, active environment

Requirements:

• No previous experience is required—just a good attitude and a willingness to learn. Full training is provided.
• Immediately available or available to start at short notice
• Provide 5 years of work references – this is essential
• Must hold a full driving licence and have access to own vehicle – this is essential
