We are currently working with SEN and SEMH provisions across Havering who are seeking reliable Behaviour Mentors to support pupils with behavioural and emotional needs.

These schools are structured, routine-driven and ideal for candidates who enjoy consistency and clear expectations.

• Providing 1:1 behaviour support throughout the school day
• Helping pupils stay regulated and engaged in learning
• Supporting structured routines and transitions
• Using calm, consistent behaviour management strategies
• Building strong working relationships with pupils and staff

• Background in education, youth work, care, or coaching
• Strong sense of consistency and reliability
• Ability to manage behaviour calmly and fairly
• Experience with SEMH or additional needs is helpful
• Team player who values structure
