Bodyshop Service Receptionist

Monday to Friday, No Weekends!

£34,000 - £35,000 Basic Salary!

Dartford / Gravesend Area

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor / Coordinator to join a well-established independent vehicle bodyshop based in the Gravesend Dartford area.

This is a varied and important role, acting as the first point of contact for customers while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business. We are looking for someone with strong industry experience who can confidently manage customer communication, administration, and service processes.

Responsibilities

• Managing incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and customer enquiries
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the repair journey
• Booking vehicles in and coordinating repair updates
• Preparing invoices and handling billing processes
• Managing warranty claims and related administration
• Liaising with customers, insurers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Maintaining accurate records and supporting general office operations
• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the business

Requirements

• Previous experience within a vehicle bodyshop, accident repair centre, or automotive service environment
• A strong understanding of customer service processes and repair administration
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• The ability to multitask in a busy, varied role
• A professional and approachable manner with customers and colleagues

Salary and Benefits

• Competitive salary of £34,000–£35,000 per annum, depending on experience
• Monday–Friday working hours, 8:00am–5:00pm
• No weekend working
