Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Business Manager to join a reputable dealership in Chelmsford, Essex.

This position offers a significant opportunity for a professional with a strong background in automotive sales and finance to contribute to the success of a respected dealership.

The successful Business Manager will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, providing exceptional customer service, and driving vehicle sales through effective team leadership.

• Basic salary of £30,000 per annum, with an OTE of up to £100,000 including bonuses and commissions
• Monday to Friday working week with a Saturday rota

Duties of a Business Manager:

• Manage the end-to-end sales process, ensuring a smooth customer journey
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to maximise vehicle sales
• Collaborate closely with Sales Specialists and external partners to optimise sales opportunities
• Provide expert financial guidance to assist customers in their purchasing decisions
• Ensure all activities comply with dealership policies and industry standards
• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of automotive finance products and credit options

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Manager or similar role within the motor trade
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• In-depth understanding of finance products and credit solutions
• Ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships
• Full UK driving license
• Knowledge of automotive sales processes, compliance regulations, and industry standards
