We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established Premium Independent dealership in Chelmsford, Essex, for the position of Car Sales Executive. This opportunity is ideal for motivated sales professionals with a passion for cars and a customer-oriented approach. • Basic salary circa £20,000 plus uncapped commission, with OTE up to £70,000

Duties of a Car Sales Executive:

• Greeting customers and building rapport to establish trust
• Identifying customer needs and preferences to match with suitable vehicles
• Presenting and demonstrating vehicle features effectively
• Negotiating sales deals to achieve targets
• Closing sales efficiently and professionally
• Providing after-sales service and continual customer follow-up
• Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales objectives

Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:

• Valid UK driving licence
• Proven experience in car sales or a similar sales role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and confident demeanour
• Genuine passion for cars and the automotive industry
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and succeed in a competitive environment
