We are currently seeking a highly motivated Car Sales Executive to join our client's busy dealership in Basildon, Essex. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Car Sales Executive looking to maximise earnings within a reputable company. Duties of the Car Sales Executive:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles
• Present and demonstrate vehicles effectively to drive sales
• Achieve individual sales targets to contribute to dealership profitability
• Manage customer enquiries promptly and professionally
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and uphold dealership standards
• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet dealership objectives

Requirements for the Car Sales Executive:

• Proven sales experience within the motor trade
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a professional attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good understanding of current automotive market trends
• Ability to work a 5.5 day week, including Saturdays and alternate Sundays
