Job Description:

Are you an experienced CNC Setter Operator looking for a long-term opportunity on nights?

We are recruiting for a medium-sized manufacturing business with an established CNC machining department. Due to a strong and sustained order book, they are looking to add an experienced CNC Setter Operator to their night shift team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a CNC engineer who is confident setting and operating CNC milling machines and is looking for a role with long-term stability and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

Pay: Up to £22.61 per hour, including shift allowance

Shift Pattern:

• Sunday: 8:30pm – 7:00am

• Monday to Thursday: 11:00pm – 7:00am

The Role – CNC Setter Operator

Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting and operating CNC milling machines.

• Ensuring components are manufactured to the required specifications and quality standards.

• Inspecting finished components and carrying out quality checks.

• Performing routine machine checks and basic maintenance.

• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.

What We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from CNC engineers with previous experience setting and operating CNC milling machines, a good understanding of machining processes and a strong focus on quality and precision.
