The Role

As a Computer Science Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality Computer Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to teach Key Stage 5 for suitable candidates.
• Inspire students to develop their digital literacy, programming, and computational thinking skills.
• Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Monitor and support student progress to ensure excellent outcomes.
• Contribute to the wider life of the department and school community.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Have experience teaching Computer Science in a UK secondary school setting.
• Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a passion for technology and innovation.
• Possess excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Be committed to raising achievement and fostering a positive learning environment.
