Credit Controller

Pinpoint Resourcing are working with an exciting business in Dartford who are seeking a Credit Controller to join their business.

Duties:

• Contact customers via phone and email regarding overdue invoices
• Investigate disputes with client accounts and resolve in a timely manner
• Review and improve credit control processes in-house
• Ensure compliance is met
• Ad-hoc duties as requested by the finance team
• Build and maintain relationship with customers

Desirable:

• Good time management
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Stakeholder management

Salary and information:

• £32,000 - £36,000
• Hybrid working arrangement, 3 days in 2 days from home
