Job Overview

Job Role: Customer Service Advisor (Part-Time/ Hybrid)

Location: Frederick Chancellor Building, Chelmsford CM1 1LN

Pay rate is £16.50/hr PAYE / £21.82 Umbrella

Paid on a weekly basis

Role Details - Temp to perm, 1 hr lunch, Monday to Sunday

Week one - Mon, Thurs and Fri 1700-2200 (15 hours)

Week two - Tues, and Wed 1700-22.00, Sat and Sun 0800-1630 (25 hours)

Average hours over the 2 weeks are 20 hours

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for resident enquiries via our OOH phone line.
• Assisting residents in the diagnostics required to report emergency repairs, and raising these repairs on our CRM.
• Liaising with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Helping tenants to raise other cases and tasks, such as a report of antisocial behaviour, and recording details as appropriate.
• Assisting residents to make payments, such as for rent or service charges.
• Liaising with local Housing Officers to facilitate requests from their residents.
• Utilising excellent communication skills to resolve calls promptly and effectively, in-line with the CSC's expected service level.
• Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a high rate of first contact resolution (FCR), in-line with the CSC's KPIs.
