Domiciliary Care Workers – Essex

💷 Pay: £14 per hour

We are looking for caring, compassionate, and reliable female domiciliary care workers who drive to join our team across Essex.

📍 Location

Essex, including Brentwood and surrounding areas.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes.
• Assist with washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Prepare meals and support clients with daily living activities.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with medication in accordance with care plans and training.
• Promote clients’ dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
• Travel between clients’ homes to deliver high-quality care.

Requirements

• Female care workers required for roles where a client's care needs or lawful occupational requirements call for a female worker.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Own reliable vehicle.
• Caring, patient, and compassionate attitude.
• Good communication skills and a professional approach.
• Previous care experience desirable but not essential.
• Willingness to complete required training and background checks.
