Job Title: Electrician

Location: Loughton, Epping, Ongar & Bishop's Stortford

Salary: £40,000-£42,000 per annum + OTE up to £52,000 (including overtime and call-outs)

Job Type: Permanent

Daniel Owen are currently seeking a qualified Electrician to join a growing team delivering electrical maintenance and repairs across social housing properties.

The successful candidate will carry out a range of domestic electrical works, including reactive repairs, fault finding, testing, remedial works and planned maintenance within occupied and void properties, ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.

The Role

• Carry out domestic electrical repairs and reactive maintenance.
• Diagnose and rectify electrical faults.
• Complete EICRs, testing, inspection and certification.
• Undertake remedial works following electrical inspections.
• Carry out planned and responsive maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties.
• Deliver excellent customer service while working in tenants' homes.

Requirements for the Electrician

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (can put you through if needed)
• City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience working within domestic or social housing maintenance.
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
