Trainee Healthcare Recruitment Consultant

This is an opportunity to join an existing KTS healthcare franchise within the UK private healthcare sector. You will be joining at an exciting stage of growth, with support, structure, market knowledge and infrastructure already in place.

You do not need previous recruitment experience. What we are looking for is someone who is hungry to learn, confident speaking to people, willing to pick up the phone and motivated by the opportunity to grow into a successful recruitment consultant.

The Opportunity

You will work closely with an established Lead Franchisee who already understands the healthcare market, client base and candidate network.

You will be trained and supported to learn how recruitment works, including how to speak with candidates, build relationships, understand client requirements and support contract placements.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get into recruitment, but does not want to start completely alone. You will have guidance, tools, systems and support around you while learning the market.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be trained to:

• Speak with healthcare candidates about opportunities.
• Build relationships with candidates and clients.
• Support with sourcing, screening and registering candidates.
• Learn how to manage contract recruitment assignments.
• Help develop client relationships in the private healthcare sector.
• Keep candidate and client information updated.
• Support the Lead Franchisee with business development activity.
• Represent the KTS and Key Health brand professionally.
