Job Description:

Freelance Facade Manager
East London (Stratford)
16-Week Contract | Immediate Start

A well established £100m turnover residential contractor, operating as part of a wider group of successful construction businesses, is looking to appoint an experienced Freelance Facade Manager to deliver a £1.5m-£2m external recladding project on an RC frame residential development in East London.

You'll take responsibility for managing the façade package from site, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining programme, quality and health & safety standards, and ensuring works are delivered to a high standard within a fast-paced 16-week programme.

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering façade/recladding packages.

• Strong background on RC frame residential developments.

• Ability to manage subcontractors and drive programme.

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.

This is an immediate requirement with further freelance opportunities available for the right individual following successful completion of the project.

Day rate up to £400 per day CIS.
