The Role:

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Head of Marketing to lead the marketing function for a growing fashion brand. This is a strategic leadership role, responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy while leading a high-performing team across brand, digital and customer marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver the overall marketing strategy in line with business objectives.

• Oversee all marketing channels, including:

• Paid Media

• Social Media

• Brand Marketing

• CRM

• Loyalty

• Influencer Marketing

• PR

• Own and manage the annual marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns and launches are effectively planned and executed.

• Lead the planning and delivery of brand activations, events and experiential marketing initiatives.

• Drive influencer marketing strategy, building impactful partnerships that enhance brand visibility.

• Set clear KPIs across the marketing function, monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of spend and strong return on investment.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns across all customer touchpoints.

About You:

• Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role within the fashion industry.

• Strong experience across brand, digital and performance marketing.

• Demonstrated success in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.

• Experience leading and developing marketing teams.

• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and KPIs.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Passion for fashion, brand building and delivering best-in-class customer experiences.
