HR Advisor
Location: Rayeligh (Hybrid Working) Public transport links available
Salary: £34,000 – £38,000 (DOE)
Requirement: CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or working towards)

We’re working with a progressive, people-centric organisation to recruit a motivated HR Advisor to join their dynamic and collaborative HR team. This is more than a traditional generalist role – it’s a chance to influence, shape, and enhance the employee experience across the business.
The Role
As a key member of the HR team, you’ll act as a trusted partner to both managers and employees, providing expert advice while driving positive change. With a mix of operational and strategic responsibilities, you’ll enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide commercially focused HR advice across a broad range of people matters
- Manage employee relations cases end-to-end, including absence, performance, disciplinary, and grievance
- Promote best practice, ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies
- Partner with stakeholders to support business decisions and people strategy
- Support onboarding, training, and development initiatives
- Drive employee engagement activities and contribute to HR projects
- Assist with recruitment processes, including screening and coordination
- Contribute to reward processes, reporting, and wider HR operations
About You
- Proven experience in a generalist HR or HR Advisor role
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- Confident handling ER cases from start to finish
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or working towards)
