Job Description:

Import Operations Clerk to a small, busy and personable team, this position is paying an annual salary of £30,000. Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

Duties:

• Receiving Pre-Aerts from Overseas Partners
• Booking jobs to our internal System
• Complete handling of the file
• Arranging Deliveries
• Invoicing
• All other relevant administration tasks

Experience required:

• 2 years freight experience
• Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
• PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
