My Client is looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant to join their well-established Southend industrial team.

• Previous recruitment experience (360 preferred) or a strong recruitment background ready for a Senior Consultant role.
• A commercial mindset with a passion for winning new business.
• Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.
