Job Description:

Internal Sales Support Executive

We are seeking an Internal Sales Support Executive for our Witham based client. The purpose of this role is supporting the national sales team and delivering excellent service to existing and prospective customer base.

You will support the execution of sales targets and increase the national customer portfolio by effectively developing opportunities in the market whilst maintaining relationships with existing clients and ensuring outstanding customer service at all times.

Duties will include:

• Develop new business to be passed onto Regional Sales Managers via leads and prospecting
• Management of Hubspot (CRM Tool) data from Customers, contacts and deals
• Establish in-roads to businesses not already on the CRM system as well as re-engage with lapsed accounts
• Liaise with Operations team regarding sales management fleet data, operational lead times and sales based organisation
• Provide sales support function to Head of Sales with reports for weekly and monthly meetings both internal and external stakeholders
• Provide administrative support for new customer account set ups
• Attend trade shows nationally with the Sales Team when required
• Provide technical datasheets, marketing literature and quotes from customer led enquiries

Candidate requirements:

• Professional persona with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills via phone, email and other communication channels
• Ability to work to KPI's and time critical tasks
• Previous Sales Administrator experience

This is a full-time role, working 8am-5pm or 8.30am-5.30pm
