Learning Support Assistant | Havering | £85.50-£110 per day | September 2026

Reeson Education is looking for caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant professionals to join our Candidate Pool for September 2026 opportunities across Havering, including Romford, Hornchurch, Upminster and Rainham.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play an important role in helping pupils reach their full potential by providing tailored support in welcoming and inclusive primary schools. • Provide 1:1 support as a Learning Support Assistant
• Support small groups of pupils as a Learning Support Assistant
• Work with children with autism, ADHD, SEMH and communication needs as a Learning Support Assistant
• Assist class teachers and SENCOs as a Learning Support Assistant
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation as a Learning Support Assistant
• Help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment as a Learning Support Assistant

• Experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or supporting children with additional needs
• A caring, patient and flexible approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Understanding of behaviour support strategies
• A genuine passion for helping children succeed
• Availability from September 2026
