Learning Support Assistant - Redbridge, East London

Prospero Teaching is recruiting Learning Support Assistants for a successful and inclusive all-through school in Redbridge, East London. Opportunities are available across both the Primary and Secondary phases, supporting pupils with a range of learning, SEN, and behavioural needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates or experienced support staff looking to gain valuable classroom experience within a large, high-performing school with a strong focus on academic achievement, student wellbeing, and staff development.

• Location: Redbridge, East London
• Position: Learning Support Assistant
• Start Date: September 2026
• Contract: Full-time, Long term
• Hours: Full-time, 8:00am - 4:00pm

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support across Primary and Secondary year groups
• Support pupils with SEN, including Autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties
• Work closely with teaching and inclusion staff to support student progress
• Promote positive behaviour, engagement, and wellbeing
• Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience working with children or young people desirable
• Previous LSA, TA, mentoring, youth work, or support work experience advantageous
• Passion for education and supporting young people
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
