Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum
Shift: Monday to Friday – Days
A superb opportunity has arisen for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a supportive and collaborative engineering team within a busy manufacturing site in Hoddesdon.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer looking to join an established manufacturing business offering a Monday-to-Friday days-based position, excellent benefits and opportunities for further training and development.
The successful Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for both electrical and mechanical maintenance, responding to breakdowns, completing planned preventative maintenance and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across site machinery and equipment.
Sector – Factory Maintenance
Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer- Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience carrying out planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance within a fast-paced industrial factory
- Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience
- Engineering qualification – Electrical or Mechanical
- Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment
- Experience carrying out planned preventative maintenance
- Confident responding to machinery breakdowns and identifying faults
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of an engineering team
- Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK
- Experience working with PLCs, ideally with the ability to fault find using inputs and outputs
- Experience supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
- £40,000 – £45,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday – Days
- No nights
