Material Controller

Excellent new opportunity to work with a reputable developer based in Essex.

About the role of Material Controller

Our client is a huge Developer with an office based in Essex with an outstanding group turnover of over £3.5 billion! They deliver a wide range of high - quality new-build homes across Essex including small residential developments of around 40 homes whilst also having huge flagship sites comprising of 200 - 1000 homes.

Responsibilities for Material Controller

• Maintaining accurate records of material orders, delivery notes, invoices and supplier documentation
• Processing purchase orders
• Liaise with the commercial teams
• Tracking deliveries to ensure materials arrive on time

Requirements for Material Controller

• Previous experience in a procurement or material coordination role
• High attention to detail
• Strong data entry skills
• Experience working within the house building industry
• Experience using construction software exp…causeway, viewpoint.
