Job Title:  Medical Secretary 

Location: Colchester Hospital, 1 Dickenson Road, Mile End, CO4 5JL

Trust: East Suffolk & North Essex NHS Foundation Trust

Payrate: Band 3, £13.17 per hour

Shift Patterns: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week)

Duration: Start: ASAP End date:  8 Weeks from start date

Job Description

• Answering patient’s phone call
• Managing generic email inbox
• Support administrative team by patients queries in EPIC
• Validation of Work Queues – outpatient 
• Management of PTL (patient tacking list)
