Multi-Trade Operative
Saffron Walden, Essex
£21.00 per hour Immediate Start
Approximately 2 Months' Work

Anglian Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join a busy maintenance contract in Saffron Walden.

This role would suit a candidate with a broad maintenance background and a good understanding of multiple trades, particularly plumbing, who is capable of carrying out a variety of repair and maintenance tasks.

Duties will include:

• General maintenance and repair works
• Basic plumbing repairs and installations
• Carpentry repairs and making good
• Patch plastering and decorating touch-ups
• Reactive and planned maintenance tasks
• Working independently and managing workloads effectively
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Multi-Trade Operative
• Good all-round maintenance skills
• Plumbing experience highly desirable
• Own tools and transport preferred
• Reliable, professional and able to work independently
