Nursing Home Manager | South East London

Up To £80,000 DOE + Benefits

JCO Healthcare is delighted to be supporting a respected care provider with the appointment of a Home Manager for an established nursing home in South East London.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful service with a strong reputation, stable team and excellent support from senior leadership. The successful candidate will lead the home through its next phase of development, maintaining high standards of care whilst driving occupancy, compliance and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inspirational leadership to the home and wider management team
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care
• Maintain full regulatory compliance and quality standards
• Drive occupancy and improve resident experience
• Recruit, develop and retain high-performing colleagues
• Manage budgets and commercial performance effectively
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals

Requirements

• Current or previous Home Manager experience within elderly care or an experienced Deputy Manager looking for a step up
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and governance
• Proven track record of achieving positive operational outcomes
• Excellent leadership and team development skills
• Commercially aware with budget management experience
• Nurse qualification desirable but not essential

Package

• £75,000 - £80,000 DOE
