The Role:

The Paid Social Executive will play a key role in managing and optimising paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Pinterest. You'll be responsible for building campaigns, analysing performance, testing new opportunities and identifying ways to improve results while supporting wider brand and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day execution and optimisation of paid social campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and Pinterest Ads Manager.

• Build, launch and optimise campaigns across prospecting, retargeting and customer retention activity.

• Manage budgets effectively, ensuring spend is aligned with commercial goals.

• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimisations to improve results.

• Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns while reducing inefficient spend.

• Support the development of paid social strategies focused on revenue growth, customer acquisition and brand awareness.

• Create and manage testing plans across audiences, creative formats, messaging, placements and campaign structures.

• Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve future activity.

• Optimise towards key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, revenue growth and customer acquisition.

• Work closely with brand and creative teams to develop high-performing paid social assets.

• Use performance insights to identify which content, products and messaging drive the strongest results.

• Brief creative requirements based on campaign performance and customer behaviour.

• Stay up to date with paid social trends, emerging formats and platform developments.

• Use analytics tools and platform insights to identify opportunities for growth.

• Support improvements across attribution, reporting and campaign measurement.

About You:

• 2+ years' experience managing paid social campaigns, ideally within e-commerce, fashion, retail or lifestyle brands.

• Hands-on experience using Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and Pinterest Ads Manager.

• Strong understanding of campaign structures, audience targeting and optimisation techniques.

• Experience managing budgets and working towards performance-led KPIs.
