Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Parts Advisor in Dartford, Kent, on behalf of our client, a reputable vehicle dealership. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced automotive Parts Advisor to join a well-established team.

Duties of the Parts Advisor:

• Supplying parts to workshop Technicians and front counter customers
• Selling parts via telephone and face-to-face customer interactions
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships
• Identifying parts requirements and upselling additional products
• Processing sales orders from initiation through to invoicing and delivery
• Managing stock levels and internal sales documentation
• Assisting with goods in and regular deliveries, which may involve some heavy lifting
• Promoting the dealership’s brand with expert product knowledge and exceptional customer service

Requirements of the Parts Advisor:

• Proven experience as a Parts Advisor within the automotive industry
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong product knowledge and sales ability
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment and handle physical lifting of goods
• Well-organised with good administrative skills
• Valid UK driving license preferred but not essential
