Passive Fire Manager

Permanent Position

With offices in London, Manchester and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a Passive Fire Manager based in Essex.

Day to Day for Passive Fire Manager:

• Travel between sites throughout the day, supported by on-site teams
• Lead client meetings and maintain strong, professional client relationships throughout the contract
• Carry out tenant liaison across occupied social housing sites — a positive, people-focused approach is essential
• Order and manage fire door stock across multiple sites — strong knowledge of fire door specifications required
• Carry out initial project briefs and produce short-term schedules of works
• Manage labour and subcontractors across multiple sites, organising workflow and delegating tasks effectively
• Identify material requirements and liaise with the office to ensure timely delivery
• Implement and maintain HSEQ systems across all sites
