Pin Point Recruitment is proud to be working with a leading chemical manufacturing organisation operating across multiple Upper Tier COMAH sites throughout the UK. We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Planner to support the successful planning and delivery of a varied portfolio of engineering and capital projects.
This role is ideally suited to someone who has planned and coordinated multiple smaller engineering projects simultaneously, rather than working solely on one large-scale project. You will work closely with Project Managers and Engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within agreed milestones.

The Role
Reporting into the Engineering team, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and monitoring project schedules across a number of concurrent engineering projects.
Working closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Engineers and contractors, you will ensure realistic project programmes are created and maintained throughout the full project lifecycle.
This is a fast-paced environment where priorities can change, therefore the successful candidate must be comfortable managing several projects at different stages simultaneously.

Essential Experience
Applicants must:
Have previous planning experience within Chemical, Oil & Gas, Water, Heavy Industrial or similar process manufacturing environments.
Have experience of projects involving industrial piping systems.
Have managed multiple smaller engineering projects at the same time.
Have the unrestricted right to work in the UK, as visa sponsorship is not available.
Be able to work full-time from the West Thurrock office, five days per week.
