Job Title: QA Coordinator / Supervisor (Fixed Term Maternity Cover)

Location: Haverhill, Suffolk

Salary: DOE

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (1-hour lunch break)

Contract Type: Full Time, Fixed Term (Maternity Cover)

Our client based in Haverhill, Suffolk is seeking a QA Coordinator / Supervisor to join their team on a full-time, fixed-term maternity cover basis.

As the QA Coordinator / Supervisor your duties will include:

• Supervising the OQC team and allocating duties as required.
• Planning and organising resources to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently.
• Monitoring and reporting output levels.
• Reviewing product inventory and work-in-progress status daily.
• Reviewing non-conforming products and liaising with Engineering teams accordingly.
• Supporting OQC and IQC activities where appropriate.
• Performing product line audits and documentation verification activities.
• Printing work orders and quality documentation.
• Managing calibration and maintenance administration activities.
• Assisting with validation and verification of RMA investigations and materials.
• Providing training and support to team members.

An ideal candidate for the QA Coordinator / Supervisor will have:

• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience.
• Experience within Quality Assurance or Quality Control environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Experience working to ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively whilst working under pressure.
• The ability to work independently whilst contributing positively within a wider team.
