Qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner (Supply)

Education Matters is currently seeking passionate, reliable, and qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join our growing supply team, supporting a range of welcoming and well-established nurseries across Hoddesdon.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with young children and is looking for flexible work across a variety of nursery settings.
Flexible Working Hours We offer shifts to suit your availability:

• Full Day: 8:00am – 6:00pm
• Morning Shift: 8:00am – 1:00pm
• Afternoon Shift: 1:00pm – 6:00pm

The Role as a Supply Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
• Support children's learning and development through engaging play and activities.
• Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes and personal care where required.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Follow safeguarding procedures and maintain high standards of care.
• Adapt confidently to different nursery settings while delivering excellent childcare.

Requirements

• Essential: A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
• A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A sound understanding of the EYFS framework.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is desirable (or willingness to obtain one).
