Stafforce is proud to be partnering with a prestigious and internationally recognised organisation based in North London to recruit a Receptionist / Front of House professional.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-profile organisation known for delivering exceptional experiences, operating to the highest standards, and welcoming a diverse range of visitors, stakeholders, and guests.

Initially offered on a temporary basis with an immediate start, this position offers genuine potential to become a permanent role for the right individual.

As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for creating a professional and memorable first impression while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a busy office environment.

• Providing a warm, professional, and welcoming experience for all visitors and guests
• Managing reception and maintaining an exceptional front-of-house environment
• Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
• Coordinating meeting rooms and preparing spaces for visitors and events
• Managing incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and couriers
• Supporting teams across the business with administrative tasks
• Ordering office supplies and maintaining stock levels
• Assisting with internal meetings, events, and office activities
• Maintaining visitor records and handling confidential information with discretion
• Supporting the wider business with general office coordination duties

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced within a Receptionist, Front of House, Hospitality, or Customer Service role
• Professional, polished, and confident when interacting with people at all levels
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• A strong communicator both face-to-face and over the phone
• Proactive, approachable, and solution-focused
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Trustworthy and capable of handling confidential information professionally
• Eager to contribute positively to a collaborative team culture
