Refuse Loader – Basildon / Billericay

£13.12 per hour | Monday to Friday | Immediate Starts Available

Prism 7 Resourcing are currently recruiting Refuse Loaders to join our client based in Billericay (CM11), working within the Refuse & Recycling Services team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, keeping active, and being part of a hardworking team providing an essential service to the local community.

• £13.12 per hour - Overtime paid @ £19.68
• Monday to Friday 
• 07:30am starts
• Full-time, ongoing work

The Role

As a Refuse Loader, you'll be working alongside the collection crew on planned refuse and recycling routes across the Basildon Borough.

Duties include:

• Collecting household refuse and recycling
• Loading bins safely onto collection vehicles
• Working as part of a team to complete daily routes
• Providing a reliable service to local residents
• Following all health & safety procedures

What we're looking for

• Someone who can carry out manual work throughout the day
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible with finishing times, depending on the day's route
