Registered Manager - Homecare

Lead a High-Quality Homecare Service and Make a Real Difference

An established and growing homecare provider is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead and expand its domiciliary care service in Essex

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management and development of the homecare service.
• Carry out client consultations, care assessments, care planning and onboarding.
• Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
• Manage client feedback and complaints, driving continuous service improvement.
• Develop strong relationships with local stakeholders and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Recruit, mentor and develop a high-performing care team.
• Maintain full CQC compliance and ensure the service operates to the highest regulatory standards.

About You

• Previous management experience within domiciliary or homecare services.
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards, legislation and regulatory compliance.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional, person-centred care.
• A confident and inspiring leader who can motivate and support others.
• Proactive, resilient and organised, with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Willing to undertake an enhanced DBS check.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
