Remedial Plumber – Brentwood

£36000-£42000 + Van + Benefits (Overtime + Emergency Bonus)

Building Services provider to the commercial sector are looking for a Remedial Plumber. Established over 20 years ago, they have grown into one of the largest providers in the London area and provide services including water, gas, fire risk and electrical.

Currently required are 2x Remedial Plumbers to join their compliance team and cover projects around Essex, Kent and London. With the ability to offer regional work due to project locations, the Remedial Plumber role will come with specific training where needed, but it is expected the successful applicant will have the following background

• 4+ years working as a Remedial Plumber carrying out PPM, Reactive and Install.
• Hold minimum Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing or similar
• Knowledge working for a water consultancy carrying out basic water hygiene duties including sampling, monitoring and tank cleans.
• Duties experience including – deadleg removals and capping, stabbing points, TMV installs/servicing, pipe modifications/replace.
• Hold a full driving license
• DBS checked
