Are you a natural communicator with a flair for property Sales? Our client are looking for a driven Sales Negotiator to join their team at their Brentwood Office.

As a Sales Negotiator you will be at the heart of property transactions - connecting people with their dream homes, securing deals, and building lasting relationships.

The role as a Sales Negotiator:

• Identify potential buyers and sellers, respond to inquiries by email, face to face and telephone
• Arranging and carrying out viewings, highlighting key features and benefits to prospective buyers
• Negotiating offers and securing successful sales
• Managing listings, marketing campaigns and client communication
• Building strong relationships with vendors and purchasers

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator
• A hunger for success and a proactive, can do attitude
• Confidence in negotiation
• Strong organisational and attention to detail skills
• A genuine passion for property
• Strong customer/communication skills
• UK driving licence
