Sales Representative – Construction / Infrastructure

An established market-leading supplier to the construction and infrastructure sectors is seeking an ambitious and commercially focused Sales Representative to join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proven sales professional with experience in the construction industry, ideally within scaffolding, formwork, falsework or related sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships and growing market share across a defined geographical territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target and secure new business opportunities within the construction and infrastructure sectors.
- Develop and grow existing customer accounts, increasing turnover and profitability.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of projects and opportunities across the territory.
- Establish long-term relationships with contractors, infrastructure clients and key decision-makers.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and pricing arrangements.
- Work closely with customers to resolve queries and maintain excellent service levels.
- Support the preparation of customer presentations, bids and proposals.
- Promote new products and solutions to increase market penetration.
- Ensure accurate reporting of sales activity, opportunities and forecasts.
- Operate in line with company financial and commercial guidelines.

Highly Desirable:
- Experience within scaffolding, formwork, falsework or temporary works.
- Knowledge of the infrastructure and civil engineering markets.
- Experience selling technical construction products or solutions.
