Job Description:

Make a long-term impact in a specialised secondary setting dedicated to empowering young people with complex needs. Teaching Personnel is supporting an inclusive Secondary SEN school in Greenwich that prioritises independence, communication, and functional learning. We are seeking committed SEN Learning Support Assistants for full-time, temporary roles lasting one academic year, starting in September.

In this role, you will work within a supportive, multi-disciplinary environment where pupil agency and personal growth are at the heart of daily practice. You will assist the class teacher in managing classroom routines, leading targeted 1:1 and small group exercises, and delivering adapted learning activities. The school values patience, consistency, and a person-centred approach, ensuring every student is given the tools to thrive safely and confidently.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
