SEN Teaching Assistant - Secondary School
Location: Enfield
Salary: £100-£115 per day
Contract: Full-time | Long-term | September Start

Tradewind Recruitment are working with secondary schools across Enfield seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join their support teams.

• Support students with a range of additional needs including Autism, ADHD and speech and language difficulties.
• Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions.
• Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs.
• Promote independence and confidence.
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and external professionals.
• Monitor and record student progress.

• Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN.
• A caring, patient and flexible approach.
• Strong communication skills.
