Outreach Tutor – Make a Real Difference!

We’re looking for enthusiastic and caring Outreach Tutors to support young people who are currently out of mainstream education. If you’re passionate about helping students rebuild confidence and enjoy learning again, this could be the perfect role for you.

About the Role

• Deliver 1:1 or small‑group sessions (EYFS–Year 11)
• Subjects include English, Maths, PSHE, and mentoring
• Sessions take place in homes, libraries, or school settings
• Help students with SEN/SEMH needs re‑engage with education

What You Need

Essential:

• Experience working with children/young people
• Strong English & Maths skills
• SEND experience
• Enhanced DBS

Desirable:

• QTS/QTLS/PGCE or relevant degree
