Senior Civica CX Asset Management Consultant

Epping Forest District Council

Remote | 2 Days Per Week | 6-Month Contract | Inside IR35

Fox Morris Group are delighted to be working in partnership with Essex County Council to recruit an experienced Senior Civica CX Asset Management Consultant on behalf of Epping Forest District Council.

This is an excellent opportunity for a specialist with proven Civica CX Asset Management experience to play a key role in the continued development and optimisation of the Council's housing asset management systems.

This contract offers predominantly remote working, with occasional on-site attendance where required by the business.

The Role

Working as the lead specialist for Civica CX Asset Management, you will support the configuration, optimisation and enhancement of the Council's asset management platform, ensuring it continues to meet operational and compliance requirements.

You will work closely with housing, asset management and ICT teams to improve business processes, reporting, integrations and system functionality.

Essential Experience

To be considered, you must have strong experience with Civica CX Asset Management, including several of the following areas:

Asset Management

• Asset datasheets
• SAVA Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)
• Stock Condition data
• Mobile Asset Management
• Planned & Completed Works
• Planned Maintenance
• Equipment Management
• Decent Homes
• Compliance and Asset Forecasting

Reporting & Analytics

• SSRS Reporting
• Strong SQL (Intermediate to Advanced)
• Power BI

Integrations

Experience working with or supporting integrations involving:

• TotalMobile Cloud Dialogues API
• Azure Storage Explorer
• SharePoint EDM

Additional Knowledge

Experience or understanding of:

• Contracts
• Contractor Management

• Extensive experience implementing or supporting Civica CX Asset Management
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working within Local Government or Social Housing
• The ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience delivering system improvements, configuration and user support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Contract Details

• Client: Epping Forest District Council (via Essex County Council)
• Contract: 6 Months
• Working Pattern: Part-Time (2 Days Per Week)
• Location: Predominantly Remote
• IR35 Status: Inside IR35
