Our client, a leading main contractor specialising in D&B fit-outs and refurbishments of office/commercial buildings across London, is seeking an experienced and driven Site Manager to deliver a project in Chelmsford. With a strong reputation in the industry, they undertake projects up to £2 million in value.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety regulations, and quality control measures.
• Conduct site inspections, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions.
• Maintain open communication with clients and project managers, providing regular progress updates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial fit-out projects.
