Earthworks Supervisor – Lower Thames Crossing

Location: Lower Thames Crossing Project
Rate: £28.00–£30.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Duration: 8-year project

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Earthworks Supervisor to join one of the UK's largest infrastructure projects – the Lower Thames Crossing.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work on a prestigious project with an expected duration of 8 years.

Essential Requirements

• Gold CSCS Supervisor Card
• SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)
• EUSR Card
• Safety Critical Medical
• Proven experience supervising bulk earthworks operations
• Strong understanding of health and safety procedures and site compliance
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Supervising bulk earthworks operations to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to programme.
• Managing site teams and subcontractors.
• Conducting daily briefings, inspections, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Liaising with site management to coordinate works and resolve site issues.
• Maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
