Role Overview

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Support Workers to join our agency team supporting residents within a residential home environment.

This role primarily involves providing 2:1 support, ensuring individuals receive person-centred care tailored to their needs. Duties may include:

• Supporting residents with daily living activities
• Providing personal care where required
• Administering and supporting medication management
• Supporting individuals with epilepsy and implementing care plans
• Assisting with safe moving and handling procedures
• Accompanying and supporting residents in the local community
• Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing at all times
• Maintaining accurate records and adhering to CQC standards

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in a support worker or care role
• Up-to-date mandatory training
• Valid certification in all required areas listed above
• Reliable, professional, and person-centred approach
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
