Teaching Assistant - Make a Difference Every Day

Reeson Education is recruiting Teaching Assistants to join a fantastic specialist school in Barking and Dagenham. We are looking for caring, confident and professional individuals who are passionate about supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs.

Whether you've worked as a Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant (HCA), Care Worker, Youth Worker, or you've supported a child or family member with additional needs, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a full-time opportunity in Barking and Dagenham, working Monday to Friday, where you'll receive excellent support and training while building a rewarding career as a Teaching Assistant.

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
• Help children with Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties and additional needs.
• Encourage communication, confidence and independence.
• Work alongside experienced teachers and therapists to help every pupil achieve their potential.

We're Looking For

• Experience as a Support Worker, HCA, Care Worker, Youth Worker, Nursery Practitioner or similar.
• Personal experience supporting a child or family member with SEN is also welcomed.
• A positive, patient and professional attitude.
• Full-time availability, Monday-Friday.
• A genuine passion for helping children succeed.
