Job Description:

Temporary Personal Assistant
£15 - £18 per hour
Brentwood, Essex
Monday-Friday, 8am - 4:30pm

We are delighted to be supporting our wonderful client in their search for a Temporary Personal Assistant. This role would suit a professional and organised individual with previous PA or senior administrative experience looking to make an immediate impact.

Duties:

• Provide PA and administrative support to senior leadership
• Manage diaries, appointments and meeting schedules
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports and other documentation
• Organise meetings, events and travel arrangements
• Take minutes and circulate actions where required
• Handle enquiries, emails and telephone calls professionally
• Maintain confidential records, filing systems and documentation
• Support the smooth day-to-day running of the leadership office

The ideal candidate:

• Previous PA, Executive Assistant or senior administrative experience
• DBS on file or willing to undergo a DBS check
• Strong organisational, communication and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines
• Professional, discreet and proactive approach
• Works effectively both independently and as part of a team
