Trade Counter Sales & Administration Assistant (6 month contract)

Basildon,

Salary: £28,400 + 2 profit related bonuses per year

26 days' holiday plus bank holidays !!!!

Christmas shut down !!!

Hours: Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm early start early finish !!

Contract: 6 months

Are you confident dealing with customers face-to-face and enjoy sales and administration? We're looking for a friendly, organised Trade Counter Sales Assistant to join a busy team in Basildon.

The role:

Serving customers face-to-face at the trade counter

Processing sales, orders, refunds and credits

Answering calls and handling customer enquiries

Following up quotes and identifying upselling opportunities

General sales administration and delivery coordination

You'll need:

Excellent customer service and communication skills, good administration skills and confidence dealing with customers in person and over the phone.

Trade counter or sales processing experience would be ideal.!!
